Key Responsibilities

• Respond to tickets and resolve employee IT issues.
• Assist with equipment troubleshooting.
• Implement company-wide innovative solutions and software for all employees (e.g., secure texting, e-signatures, e-interpreters, voice-to-text, etc.).
• Assist with setting up new hire equipment.
• Adheres to all HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations to ensure confidentiality of both consumer and employee information.
• Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities.
• Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality as related to patient information. Any disclosures of confidential information made unlawfully outside the proper course of duty will be treated as a serious disciplinary offense.
• Follows the Acceptable Use Policy while using any information systems owned or controlled by CareStar, Inc.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university.
• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• One semester commitment.
• Self-motivated and possess an eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to listen and participate in tasks.
• Proficient computer skills with familiarity with Microsoft Office programs.
