We are currently seeking a Training Content Developer to join our Education Department. This is a meaningful opportunity for professionals who are passionate about helping others live healthier, more independent lives. As a Training Content Developer, you will serve as the developer for the identified training topic(s) to be delivered. You will supply the necessary research, supporting documentation and citations and all content to be included in each training, as well as develop all course materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Performs research on identified topics for the development of online, hybrid and in-person training.

• Collaborates with Department Leaders and Subject Matter Experts to identify topics and contents

• Develops library of research, citations and sources for developed training.

• Develops and delivers a train-the-trainer program to educate and certify all trainers delivering training based on their research.

• Develops online training that can be uploaded into CareStar’s or others’ Learning Management System (LMS).

• Develops all course materials (e.g., e.g., Learning Objectives, Pre and Post Training Assessments, Course Collateral - Presentations, Handouts, etc.) for in-person instructor-led training.

• Adheres to the CareStar Rule in performance of job responsibilities.

• Understands and complies with CareStar Policies and Procedures.

• Maintains confidentiality as related to patient information. Any disclosures of confidential information made unlawfully outside the proper course of duty will be treated as a serious disciplinary offense.

• Follows the Acceptable Use Policy while using any information systems owned or controlled by CareStar, Inc.
  
  Minimum Qualifications
  

• Possesses a Bachelor’s Degree and Professional Licensure commensurate with the topics and audience to which training is to be delivered.

• Experience in Population Health Management, Case Management and Assessment Services.

• Demonstrated knowledge with adult learning concepts and principles, including training practitioners and trainers.

• Effective interpersonal (oral and written) skills with the ability to work with all age groups from a diverse population, including differing intellectual, cultural, ethnic, psychosocial and socio-economic backgrounds.

• Familiarity with online Learning Managements Systems (LMS) and video conferencing preferred.
